ABOUT VERN
I teach yoga with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and moving with awareness. Drawing from lived experience and ongoing practice in yoga and bodywork, I believe in keeping the body mobile and strong as we move through life.
Mobility helps maintain flexibility, while strength supports the stability of our joints — both essential for moving with greater ease over time. In my classes, I invite students to slow down, listen, and move in ways that feel supportive rather than forced. My intention is to create space in both the body and mind so practice feels grounded, sustainable, and accessible.
