ABOUT ANNA MAE
I started yoga as a way to reconnect with myself and carve out time that was just mine. It quickly grew into something I truly love, both for the movement and the deeper meaning behind the practice. Yoga helps me feel grounded and present, especially when life feels overwhelming, and continues to be a space I come back to again and again.
My background in social work shapes how I teach. I value creating a space that feels supportive, inclusive, and judgment-free, where you can show up exactly as you are and feel safe doing so.
Outside of yoga, I love spending time with my kitties, seeing live music, thrifting, and checking out new coffee shops!
